摘要
医学生临床实习中的道德教育对其核心价值观的确立意义重大,但是实习机构的现实问题却常与学校教育的道德理念形成冲突,导致实习生道德认知混乱、道德情感淡漠、道德信念缺失。另外,实习机构又为医学生的道德教育提供了教学资源、制度规范和实践平台。医学院和实习机构应该加快改革、分工协作,共同推进医学生道德教育这一系统工程。
The moral education in clinical practice of medical students is of great significance to the establishment of its core values, but the reality of practice institutions often conflicts with the moral concept of school education, leading to the confusion of moral consciousness of moral practitioners, moral indifference and lack of moral beliefs. In addition, the practice institutions for medical students to provide moral education teaching resources, system norms and practice platform. Medical schools and internship institutions should speed up reform, division of labor and work together to promote medical students moral education system engineering.
