摘要
采用敲击共振、激光脉冲、比较法、非稳态法、顶杆法等研究了Ti45Nb合金的热物理性能。结果表明,从室温~300℃,Ti45Nb合金的泊松比受温度的影响较小,杨氏模量和剪切模量随温度的升高而迅速下降,热扩散率和热导率随着温度的升高呈线性增加,比热容随温度升高呈抛物线增加,线热膨胀量在50℃以前呈抛物线增加,50℃以后呈线性增加;瞬时线膨胀系数在100℃前随着温度的升高呈线性增加,100℃后趋于稳态。
Thermo-physical behavior of Ti45Nb titanium alloy was described by nondestructive test, laser pulse, comparative analysis, non-steady method and ejector pins. The results reveal that the Poisson's ratio of Ti45Nb alloy is affected slightly by temperature in the range from room temperature to 300 ℃, while the Young's modulus and shear modulus are decreased rapidly with the increase of temperature. In addition, the thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity are increased linearly with increasing in ten:- perature. The specific heat is increased in form of the parabola as the temperature increase. The linear thermal expansion curve is increased in form of parabolia before 50 ℃ and increased linearly after 50 ℃. The instantaneous linear expansion curve is increased linearly with the increase of temperature before 100 ℃, and stabilized after 100 ℃.
