摘要
采用三因素三水平的正交实验方案对茶皂素乙酸酯碳碳双键氧化反应影响因素的进行了研究,找到最佳的工艺参数以指导生产实践。结果表明,H_2O_2溶液浓度为20%、反应温度为40℃、反应时间3h,此时茶皂素乙酸酯碳碳双键氧化反应的固体产物质量为0.755g左右。
Three factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment were used to study the influencing factors of carbonyl carbon double bond-oxidation of tea saponin acetate, and the optimum process parameters were found to guide the production practice. The results showed that the concentration of H2O2 solution was 20%, the reaction temperature was 40 ℃, the reaction time was 3h, and the solid product of the oxidation reaction of tea saponin acetate carbon carbon double bond was about 0.755g.
