摘要 对电晕老化的硅橡胶材料注入电荷,去掉表面电荷后进行沿面闪络电压测试。结果表明:绝缘介质内空间电荷形成的电荷层对绝缘介质沿面流注的发展有重要的作用,加速了正负粒子的分离,使流注更贴近材料表面发展,受材料表面形貌的吸附和阻碍,平均沿面闪络电压提高了1%;大量积累空间电荷后,绝缘介质的松弛极化能量及释放的大量电荷对闪络的降低起主要作用,本实验条件下,平均沿面闪络电压下降了3%。 Corona-aged silicone rubber materials were injected charges, and then their surface flashover was tested after removing the surface charges. The results show that the charge layer formed by space charges inside the insulation dielectric plays an important role in the development of surface streamer, which accelerates the separation of positive and negative particles, makes the development of streamer closer to material surface. Under the effect of adsorption and blocking of material surface, the average surface flashover voltage increases by 1%. After the insulation dielectric accumulates a large number of space charges, the relaxation polarization energy and the released large amount of charges of the insula- tion dielectric play main roles in the reduction of flashover. The average flashover voltage decreases by 3% under the experimental condition in this paper.
