摘要
目的对2015年济南地区接触化学毒物铁路职工的健康检查结果进行分析,了解化学毒物对职工身体健康情况的影响。方法对济南地区接触化学毒物铁路职工进行健康体检和询问调查。结果调查1 710人,高血糖、高血脂、血常规、肾功能和肝功能的异常率分别为7.08%、33.10%、10.64%、10.88%和24.68%,高血脂和肝功能的异常率在不同化学毒物间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B超检查异常情况,脂肪肝、肝囊肿、胆囊息肉、胆囊结石、肾结石和肾囊肿的异常率分别为33.04%、7.13%、2.05%、2.92%、2.75%和4.44%,其中肝囊肿在不同化学毒物间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心血管异常情况,高血压、ST-T改变、心率异常、传导阻滞、左心室高电压和早搏的异常率分别为20.35%、9.77%、18.19%、4.09%、5.91%和1.35%,其中ST-T改变、传导阻滞、左心室高电压在不同化学毒物间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女职工妇科检查异常情况,子宫肌瘤、妇科炎症、宫颈息肉、子宫及附件囊肿和乳腺增生的异常率分别为27.32%、22.16%、2.58%、18.56%和14.83%(P>0.05);男职工检查异常情况,前列腺增生、前列腺结石、前列腺囊肿和前列腺炎的异常率分别为13.63%、2.03%、1.66%和5.52%,其中前列腺增生、前列腺炎在不同化学毒物间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接触化学毒物职工的血脂、ST-T改变和传导阻滞等疾病患病率较高,且不同化学毒物对接触职工影响不同。
Objective To understand the health status of railway workers exposed to occupational hazards through analy- zing the results of health examination of railway workers exposed to chemical poisoning in Jinan area. Methods Health examination and inquiry investigation were conducted among worker exposed to hazards. Results A total of 1 710 peo- ple were surveyed, the abnormal rate of high blood glucose, high blood lipids, blood, renal function and liver function was respectively： 7.08%, 33.10 %, 10.64%, 10. 88% and 24. 68%, there were significant differences in the distribution of hy- perlipidemia and liver function among different occupational hazards（ P 〈0. 01）. The ultrasonography abnormal rate of fatty liver,liver cyst,gallbladder polyps,gallstones, kidney stones and kidney cysts was respectively 33.04%, 7.13%, 2.05%,2.92% ,2.75%and 4. 44%,there were significant differences in the distribution of liver cyst among different oc- cupational hazards （ P 〈0.01）. The cardiovascular abnormal rate of hypertension, ST-T changes, heart rate abnormalities, conduction block, left ventricular high voltage and premature beats was respectively 20. 35%, 9. 77%, 18. 19 %, 4. 09%, 5.91%and 1.35%, there were significant differences in the distribution of ST-T changes, conduction block and left ven- tricular high voltage among different occupational hazards（ P 〈0.05）. The gynecological examination abnormal rate of u- terine fibroids,gynecological inflammation,cervical polyps,uterus and accessories cysts and breast hyperplasia among fe- male workers was respectively 27.32 %, 22. 16%, 2. 58%, 18.56% and 14. 83%, there was no significant difference in the distribution of female workers gynecological examination among different occupational hazards（ P 〉0. 05）. The examina- tion abnormal rate of prostatic hyperplasia, prostate stones, prostate cysts and prostatitis among male workers was respec- tively 13.63%, 2.03%, 1.66% and 5.52%, there were significant differences in the distribution of prostatic hyperplasia
