摘要
紫外吸收剂是光学级TAC膜中常用的功能助剂,可以防止紫外线对偏光片的伤害,本文主要进行紫外吸收剂在TAC膜中的应用研究,阐述了紫外吸收剂在TAC膜中的使用原则。重点进行几种常见的无卤素紫外吸收剂的性能测试,并且和一种含卤素紫外吸收剂进行了性能对比,对成膜后的光学性能、老化性能进行研究。
Ultraviolet absorbent is commonly used in optical grade TAC film as functional additives. It can prevent the damage from ultraviolet to the polarizer. In this paper, we researched about the application of UV absorbers in TAC film,we also describedthe principle of the use of UV absorber in TAC film. Then the performances of several common halogen-free UV absorbers were investigated and compared with that of a halogen containing UV absorber. The optical properties and aging properties of the films were also investigated.
