摘要
目的:对单纯中药治疗与单纯西医治疗胃上皮异型增生(gastric epithelial dyspalsia,GED)的临床疗效进行分析比较。方法:检索Pub Med、中国知网、Sino Med、万方和维普等数据库中有关中药治疗GED的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)文献,纳入并提取研究信息,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行分析。结果:共纳入10篇RCT文献,933例GED患者。研究结果表明,中药治疗组异型增生疗效、临床疗效、胃镜疗效的总有效率及显效率优势比(OR)均高于西医对照组。结论:中药治疗GED能有效改善异型增生情况。
Objective： To evaluate the elinieal curative effect of Chinese medicine therapy and western medieine treatment of Gastric epithelial hyperplasia （GED）. Methods： Searching PubMed, CNKI, SinoMed, Wan- Fang Data and rIP Data for randomized controlled trials of treating GED with Chinese herbal medicines, we re- search into and extract intonnation from them, then use RevManS.3 software for analysis. Results： Ten trials in- volving 933 patients were included. The results show that the total effective and exeellenee rates of odds ratio （OR） of hyperplasia improvement, elinieal symptoms and improvemenl gastroseopy effeet of TCM treatment group were higher than western medicine control group. Conelusion： TCM treatment carl effectively improve the disease clinical symptoms, gastroseope and hyperplasia.
