标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响及处理对策 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析标本溶血对于生化检验的结果所产生的影响及其处理对策。方法择取2015年1月至2016年1月于我院门诊部体检的50名正常人血标本进行研究,将研究对象的溶血血清样本作为溶血组,将正常的血清样本作为未溶血组,通过全自动生化分析仪检测两组标本的15项生化指标,并对其结果进行分析和比较。结果与未溶血组相比较,溶血组标本的DBIL、TBIL、ALB、TP、AST、ALT、CK、LDH、K^+和UA的检测结果明显较高,GLU的检测结果明显较低,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组血清样本的Ca^(2+)、Cr、BUN及TG的检测结果比较,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溶血对许多生化检验的项目都会产生影响,为了减少或者避免标本发生溶血,医务人员在生化检验过程中必须加强规范操作,严格把关标本的检测、分离及运送,从而提高所检验结果的准确性与可靠性。 Objective To analyze the influence of hemolysis of specimen on the results of biochemical test and its countermeasures. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 50 blood samples of normal human in outpatient department of our hospital were selected. The hemolytic serum samples of the subjects were taken as the hemolysis groups, and normal serum samples were taken as the non-hemolytic group. The 15 kinds of biochemical indexes of the two groups were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the non-hemolytic group, the levels of DBIL, TBIL, ALB, TP, AST, ALT, CK, LDH, K+ and UA in the hemolysis group were significantly higher, and the GLU was lower, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). However, the differences in Ca2+, Cr, BUN and TG in the serum samples between the two groups were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Hemolysis has impacts for many biochemical tests projects, in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of hemolysis specimens, medical staff must strengthen the standard operation in the biochemical testing process, strict inspection, separation and delivery of the specimen, so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
