摘要
目的研究中医体质调理辨证治疗育龄女性月经不调的临床疗效。方法将2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的育龄期月经不调86例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各43例。试验组患者按照中医体质调理辩证进行诊治,对照组采用常规西医进行治疗,对比两组患者的近期临床疗效及月经周期天数。结果试验组治疗总有效率为97.7%,高于对照组的83.7%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的月经周期天数比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的月经周期天数均显著改善,且试验组患者的月经周期天数明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论育龄女性月经不调可通过中医体质辨证调理,其不仅可提高近期疗效,还可改善月经周期天数。
Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM constitution conditioning treatment based on syndrome differentiation in childbearing age women with irregular menstruation. Methods Eighty-six cases of childbearing age women with irregular menstruation in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with the TCM constitution conditioning treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and the control group was treated with routine western medicine. The short-term clinical efficacy and days of menstrual cycles were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.7%, which was higher than 83.7% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the days of menstrual cycles between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the menstrual cycle days of the two groups significantly improved, and the days of menstrual cycles in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irregular menstruation in child-bearing age women can be adjusted with TCM constitution conditioning treatment. It can not only improve the short-term curative effect, but also improve the menstrual cycle days.
