2016年,煤炭行业经历了较长时间的经济下行、需求放缓、产能过剩,面临着经营困难、举步维艰的新常态。目前,虽然煤价有所反弹,但是整体经济仍然不容乐观。在严峻的经济形势下,提高煤炭企业党员质量,积极做好发展新党员的工作,培养一支具有坚定意志、顽强信念、严明纪律的党员队伍,对于煤矿企业攻坚克难、抵御"寒流"具有十分重要的意义。
