摘要
采用不锈钢棒作为锚杆模型材料,采用水泥砂浆,制作含30,45,60和90°倾角且长度不同的裂隙试件,进行室内单轴压缩试验,研究裂隙倾角、裂隙长度等因素对加锚裂隙岩体力学特性及变形特征的影响,锚固方式分为无锚固、全长粘结锚固及预应力锚杆锚固。试验结果表明:加锚裂隙试件的峰值强度大致与裂隙倾角成正比关系;裂隙长度对无锚试件的强度及变形特性影响较大,而对加锚试件的影响较小;与无锚试件相比,加锚试件的弹性模量、峰值强度、残余强度均有不同程度的提高,且韧性增强,表现出延性破坏特征;全长粘结锚固及预应力锚杆锚固能够显著提高裂隙岩体的力学强度,增强裂隙岩体抗变形能力,有效抑制裂纹的扩展、贯通。锚杆的"锚固嵌锁"作用,能够提高破碎岩体的完整性,增加岩土工程的整体稳定性。
A stainless steel bar was applied to be a bolt model material.A cement mortar was applied to make different length fractured specimen with an inclination of 30,45,60 and 90°.An indoor uniaxial compression test was conducted.The paper had a study on the fractured inclined angle,fractured length and other factors affected to the mechanics features and deformation features of the bolt anchorage fractured rock mass.The anchorage mode would be a non anchorage,a full length binding anchorage and pre-stressed bolt anchorage.The test results showed that a peak strength of the anchorage fractured specimen was properly in direct proportional to the fractured inclined angle.The fractured length would have a high influence to the strength and deformation features of the non anchorage specimen,but would have a small influence to the anchorage specimen.In comparison with the non anchorage specimen,the elasticity modules,peak strength and residual strength of the anchorage specimen would be improved in a different degree.The ductility was increased and the ductile failure features were appeared.The full length binding anchorage and the pre-stressed bolt anchorage could obviously improve the mechanics strength of the fractured rock mass,could improve the deformation capacity of the fractured rock mass and could effectively control the expansion and connection of the cracking.The"anchorage locking"role of the bolt could improve the integrity of the broken rock mass and could increase the completed stability of the rock and soil engineering.
