摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进管理模式在降低供应室器械回收不良事件发生率的运用效果。方法通过对2015年6~12月对供应室的器械回收工作记录进行收集,并实施持续质量改进管理,由7名供应室护士组建器械回收持续质量改进管理小组,分析器械回收中存在的不良事件和发生原因,并且制定和实施针对性的解决措施。结果干预后供应室的器械初步处理不合格、器械损耗、数目错误、登记不符、职业暴露以及不良事件的总发生率均明显降低(P<0.05);小组各护士在团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调、活动信心和责任荣誉以及持续质量改进(CQI)技术的得分均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进管理方法能够改善供应室器械回收不良事件的发生率,提升临床工作质量,同时能有效提高小组各成员的持续质量改进能力。
Objective To discuss the effect of applying the continuous quality improvement mode on reducing the occurrence rate of adverse events of apparatuses recycling in the supply room.Methods From June to December 2015,imple- ment the collection of the records of the equipment recovery work in our hospital were collected,and implement continuous quality improvement management were used.7 nurses with the supply room set up the management team for continuous quality improvement of the apparatuses recycling.The adverse events and correspondent causes of apparatuses recycling were analyed,and enacted and implemented the specific solutions.Results After intervention,the total occurrence rate of disqualification of apparatuses after preliminary treatment,apparatuses loss, amount errors,inconsistent register,occupational exposure and adverse events in the supply room was evidently reduced （P〈0.05）.All of the nurses＇ scores of teamwork,specialized knowledge,communication and coordination,confidence in activities,duty honor and CQI technique were evidently increased （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The continuous quality improvement management method can reduce the occurrence rate of adverse events of apparatuses recycling in the supply room,enhance the clinic work quality,and improve the capability of continuous quality improvement of all members of the team effectively.
