摘要
目的探讨分娩镇痛联合自由体位分娩对初产妇的影响。方法分析我院2014年2月~2016年2月收治的200例初产妇的临床资料,依据分娩方式不同进行分组,对照组(常规体位分娩)100例和观察组(分娩镇痛联合自由体位分娩)100例。观察两组初产妇各个产程时间、分娩结局、疼痛等级评分情况。结果观察组初产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均短于对照组,观察组初产妇顺产、剖宫产和会阴侧切率均低于对照组,观察组初产妇疼痛等级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩镇痛联合自由体位分娩在初产妇中应用,可以缩短产程时间,降低疼痛等级评分,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach influence of unipara by labor analgesia combined with labor in liberal position. Methods The clinical data of 200 uniparas in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were analyzed,which was divided into two groups by different delivery mode, 100 cases of control group （conventional position childbirth） and 100 cases of detection group （labor analgesia combined with labor in liberal position）.The each labor time,delivery out- come,neuropathic pain scale of two groups were detected.Results The first,second,and third stage of labor of the detection group were shorter than those of the control group,the eutocia,cesarean delivery and episiotomy of detection group were lower than those of the control group,the grading chronic pain severity of detection group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of unipara by labor analgesia combined with labor in liberal position can shorten labor time,decrease neuropathic pain scale,it is worthy of clinical application.
