摘要
广州某总部大楼是双塔楼、双连接体的超高层复杂连体建筑。这类建筑的设计方法与传统建筑相差很大。虽然在国内已建成多个连体结构,但对此类结构的抗震性能及设计方法的研究还不够全面和深入。结合本项目的建筑特点,对连接体结构进行了多方案的比选,以确定连接体的结构形式及连接方式。详细分析了单塔楼与连体结构的振动特性、变形差异,以及在地震作用下连接体的内力、连接体对塔楼结构地震响应的影响。经过对本项目详细的分析,丰富了现有的设计思路和设计方法,可为类似工程提供设计参考。
A headquarters building in Guangzhou is a super high-rise complex building with twin-towers and two connected bodies. The design of this kind of building differs greatly from that of traditional building. Although there are many connected structures in China,the study of seismic performance and design method of this kind of structure is not comprehensive and deep enough. In combination with the architectural features of the project,multiple schemes of the connection structure were compared to determine the structural form and connection method of the connected body. The dynamic characteristics,deformation difference of the single tower and the whole connected structure were analyzed. Also the internal force and the impact of connected bodies under the earthquake were analyzed in detail. Through the detailed analysis and design of this project,the existing design ideas and methods were enriched,providing reference for design of similar projects.
