摘要
深圳华润大冲旧村改造项目某地块由3栋超B级高度的塔楼和裙房组成,为大底盘多塔结构。其中2栋塔楼采用框架-核心筒结构体系,主要特点为高区斜墙转换,东西侧框架柱不同轴;1栋塔楼采用框架-外置双筒结构体系,主要特点为筒体偏置。针对结构特点,提出了异形柱建模和设计的方法,在斜墙转换部位合理埋置型钢以保证结构安全性,阐述了外框架不同轴的工作机理及加强措施,总结了框架-外置双筒结构体系的受力特点和设计要点。对结构进行了小震弹性、中大震弹塑性等的深入分析和验算,以确保整体结构设计的安全可靠及合理经济。
CRC Dachong Urban Renewal Project in Shenzhen consists of three towers exceeding B-class height requirement of code and a large podium. It is a system of multi-towers on large chassis. The frame-corewall structural system is adopted in two towers,with inclined wall transfer in higher zone of the building and discontinuous outer frame.The rest tower adopts frame-outer double corewall structural system. Considering structural characteristics,the modeling and design methods for irregular-shaped column were introduced. The section steel was embedded in the inclined wall transfer parts to ensure the structural safety,and working mechanism and strengthening details for discontinuous outer frame were expounded. The mechanical characteristics and design essentials for frame-outer double corewall structural system were summarized. Further analysis and check on structure were conducted including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and elasto-plastic analysis under fortification and rare earthquakes,so the safety,reasonability and economy of the structure can be ensured.
