摘要
基于Potts模型建立了的三维多晶模型和含有第二相颗粒的三维多晶模型,用蒙特卡洛方法模拟了两种组织晶粒长大的演化过程。通过可视化数据分析,比较了两种组织演化的不同,统计了晶粒长大动力学和晶粒尺寸分布等,为细观力学和显微组织演化研究奠定了基础。
Three- dimensional polycrystalline model and three -dimensional polycrystalline model con- tained the second phase particles were built based on the Potts model. The microstructural evolution and grain growth in the models were simulated using the Monte Carlo method. The difference of two kinds of evolution processes were contrasted through the visualization data analysis, and the kinetics of grain growth and the grain size distribution were also analyzed, it laid a foundation for the study of meso - mechanics and mesoscopic structure evolution.
