摘要
全面建设小康社会以来,我国农业现代化建设成绩斐然,但由于农业从业者素质不高、农产品竞争力不足等原因,对现代农业生产的系统性改革刻不容缓。要积极推广农业"互联网+"计划,加快第一、第二、第三产业融合发展;加大农业资金投入,发挥农村金融机构在农业发展中的积极作用;推广可循环经济,坚持现代化农业可持续发展道路。
In building a well-off society in an all-round way, great achievements have been made in China＇s agricultural modernization, but due to the low quality of the agricultural community, lack of competitiveness of agricultural products, the systemic reform of modem agricultural production is urgently needed. We will energetically promote the agricultural ＂Interact plus＂ to accelerate the integration of the first, second and third industries, then increase investment in agricultural funds and give full play to the positive role of rural financial institutions in the development of agriculture, and promote the circular economy and adhere to the path of sustainable agricultural development.
