摘要
建筑业信息化水平低和建筑能耗高等问题导致我国建筑业发展缓慢。传统设计模式中以能耗高低作为优化方案的衡量指标,缺乏系统性分析,且方案反复修改耗费时间,无法体现出建筑能耗模拟的优越性。为解决上述问题,本文以五层一梯两户住宅为案例,选用Autodesk Revit和Ecotect Analysis系列软件,研究建筑工程师、暖通工程师、造价工程师如何从建筑外观、能耗分析、成本控制等多方面考虑进行基于BIM的协同设计。选取窗墙比、外墙保温层厚度、外窗传热系数及屋顶保温层厚度等4个影响建筑外围护结构保温性能的因素,利用正交试验法和费用年值法,从全生命周期角度对优化方案进行客观的经济性分析,并得到最终的优化方案,提高了各专业之间的设计效率,为设计人员日后进行优化方案选择时提供新的参考模式。
Low level of construction industry information and high building energy consumption problems lead to the slow development of China's construction industry. In the traditional design pattern, optimization scheme takes energy consumption as a measure index and lack of systematic analysis. Repeated revisions in the program need to spend a lot of time. The traditional design mode can not reflect the superiority of building energy consumption simulation. To the five layer residential building of a staircase and two units as a case, this paper uses Autodesk Revit and Ecotect Analysis software for carrying out collaborative design to solve the above problems. In this paper, we study how the construction engineer, HVAC engineers and cost engineers carry out the BIM collaborative design from the architectural appearance, energy consumption analysis, cost control and other aspects. This paper selects four factors that affect the thermal insulation performance of building envelope, such as the ratio of window to wall, the thickness of the external wall thermal insulation layer, the heat transfer coefficient and the thickness of the roof insulation layer. By using the orthogonal test method and the cost-year-value method, the optimization scheme is analyzed objectively from the view of the whole life cycle, and the final optimization scheme is obtained. It improves the design efficiency of different professional and provides a new reference model for designers in the future.
