摘要 考虑为海洋钻井平台设计一套在平台上就可以独立运行的盐水泥浆调浆系统,在原有盐水加注管线上增加一台喷射泵和加盐漏斗及少量管路阀门即可实现有效调浆功能。系统独立,占用空间小,安装操作安全简便,减少平台对于运输供给船的依赖性,也可有效提高自身调配盐水泥浆的能力,保障海洋平台钻井作业的顺利进行。 An independent and effective brine mud mixing system was designed for offshore drilling platform. By adding a jet pump and a small number of pipeline and valves in the original brine loading line, it makes the mixing system effective, independent, small in occupation and convenient in assembly and operation. Therefore, the platform dependence on supply ship is greatly reduced, and the mixing ability is greatly improved and it ensures the drilling operation of offshore platform go on wheels.
