摘要
髁突特发性吸收(idiopathic condylar resorption,ICR)是一种原因不明的髁突渐进性吸收性疾病。文章通过文献回顾,结合笔者团队的研究结果和治疗经验,着重讨论了ICR的病因和发病机制、ICR与关节盘前移位(anterior disc displacement,ADD)的相关性、青少年ICR的临床表现和诊断、ICR治疗方法的优化等方面内容,以期为临床中ICR患者的诊断和治疗提供参考。
Idiopathic condylar resorption （ICR） is a disease characterized with progressive condylar resorption and its reason is still not clear.In this study,we have reviewed a lot of literature and focus on the following four aspects in order to provide a reference of diagnosis and treatment in clinical ICR patients：the etiology and mechanism of ICR,the relationship between ICR and anterior disc displacement （ADD）,the manifestations and diagnosis of ICR in adolescent,and the optimizing methods in treating ICR.
