摘要
目的:探究430例颌面部浅表外伤美容整形修复方法的临床疗效。方法:选取我院在2015年1月~2016年6月期间口腔急诊收治的430例颌面部浅表外伤的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规缝合处理,观察组进行美容整形修复缝合方法,比较两组患者缝合后的临床疗效。结果:观察组术后伤口感染率和伤口裂开率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且瘢痕长度显著小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后对治疗效果的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美容整形修复缝合方法与常规缝合方法相比,可以有效减少术后伤口感染和伤口裂开的发生,减少术后瘢痕的大小,达到美观要求,提高患者的满意度,临床上值得进一步推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of 430 cases of maxillofacial superficial traumatic cosmetic plastic surgery. Methods： From Jan- uary 2015 to June 2016, 430 patients with superficial epiphyseal superficial trauma were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine suturing. Conclusion： Compared with the conventional suture method, the cos- metic suture repair method can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative wound infection and wound dehiscence, reduce the size of the post- operative scar, meet the aesthetic requirements, improve the patient＇s satisfaction, and be worthy of further promotion application.
