摘要
通过热轧、酸洗、镀锡等工序质量控制分析，对镀锡板产品表面条状缺陷的产生原因、生产工序过程进行了深入研究，同时结合缺陷的宏观形貌分析和微观金相分析、工序假设推断和验证试验，明确了镀锡产品条状缺陷产生的关键过程工序点和成因机理，并制定针对性的管控预防措施，取得了良好效果。
This article studies the cause of surface sliver defeel and production processes of tin plating producl throughtile process quality control analysis of hol rolling, pickling and tin coaling. Mecmwhile, combined the maemslrueture andmieroslruelure analysis of surface sliver defect with process hypothesis inlerenee and verification lest, the key processcontrol points and fwmalinn mechanism of the deDet are confirmed, and Ihe corresponding control and preventivemeasures are also taken, whieh are prnved lo be effective.
