摘要
通过对42CrMo挡轮两次调质后力学性能不合格,尤其是冲击性能低下的原因进行分析,认为组织中存在的游离铁素体是问题的根本原因。通过实施先高温正火(充分奥氏体化),再进行调质的工艺方法,消除了游离铁素体,使其各项力学性能满足要求,尤其冲击性能大幅提高,并提出了控制游离铁素体出现的具体措施。
Based on the analysis of the mechanical properties of the 42CrMo blocking-wheel after twice quenchingand tempering, especially the cause of low impact properties, it is considered that the presence of free ferrite in thetissue is the root cause of the problem. Through first high temperature normalizing, fully austenitizing, then quenchingand tempering, the free ferrite is eliminated, which can make its various mechanical properties meet the requirements,especially the impact performance is greatly improved. And it also puts forward some specific measures to control theappearance of free ferrite.
