摘要
某生物制药企业排放的废水中有机污染物浓度较高,水质成分复杂,含有菌种代谢产物、消泡剂、酸碱以及有机溶剂等,采用调节池+水解酸化+UASB+OAO+二沉池+氧化脱色+斜管沉淀池处理工艺,处理出水主要指标满足河南省《发酵类制药工业水污染物间接排放标准》(DB 41/758—2012)表1标准A排放要求。该工艺处理效率高,运行稳定,出水可达标排放。
The wastewater from a biological pharmaceutical company is characterized by high strength of organic pollutants and complicated water-quality constituents. The wastewater contains bacteria, metabolites, defoaming agents, acids, alkali, organic solvents and so on. A combined treatment process including regulating tank, hydrolysis acidification unit, UASB, OAO, secondary sedimentation tank, oxi- dation decolorization and inclined tube sedimentation tank was adopted to treat the biological pharmaceuti- cal wastewater. The quality of effluent can meet the Grade A requirements of Table 1 in Indirect Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry Fermentation Products Category (DB 41/758 - 2012 ). The process has the advantages of high efficiency, stable operation and effluent quality in accord with discharge standard.
