摘要
随着全球经济的迅猛发展,可供人类使用的能源和资源逐渐较少,有些资源甚至已濒临枯竭,为了人类的可持续发展和寻求后代的生存空间,人类要坚持走人和自然和谐共处、可持续发展的道路。目前,我国的市场经济仍然呈现高投资、高损耗、高污染、低效益、低水准的特点,而模具制造是我国制造行业的基础产业,其产生的能源消耗超过全国总能耗的一半以上,同时能源的稀缺将阻碍我国制造业的发展。因此,本文基于节能环保的目标,从模具绿色设计和绿色制造两方面展开对绿色设计理念在模具设计和制造中应用的研究,以期减少能源消耗,实现模具制造业的绿色可持续发展。
With the rapid development of global economy, available for human use of energy and resources gradually less, some resources even on the verge of exhaustion, in order to seek the sustainable development of human beings and the survival of offspring, to adhere to the human and the nature harmonious coexistence,walk the road of sustainable development. At present , China's market economy still has the characteristics of high investment, high consumption, high pollution and low efficiency, low level, while the mold manufacturing is a basic industry of China's manufacturing industry, the energy consumption of more than half the country's total energy consumption, and energy scarcity will hinder the development of China's manufacturing industry. Therefore, this paper based on the goal of energy saving and environmental protection ,from the two aspects of green design and manufacturing of mould for research and application of green design in mould design and manufacturing, in order to reduce energy consumption, to achieve sustainable development of the green mold manufacturing.
