摘要
动物代谢的主要能源物质为脂肪、碳水化合物和蛋白质,前两者在体内可以完全氧化而生成二氧化碳和水,而蛋白质的代谢终产物是氨、尿素和其它含氮化合物,它们是含能物质。鱼类蛋白质的含氮代谢物质主要通过鳃排出,少量通过尿液排出(Beamish et al.,1984),这种排泄物的能量损失也称为非粪便失能。
Feeding-growth experiments on young black porgy (Sparus macrocephalusB. , 4. 17-69. 05g initial weight) were carried out at four ration levels from starvation to satiation and four temperatures ranging from 14. 8℃ to 26. 8℃. Nitrogen excretion was calculated from the nitrogen budget(CN = FN+Un+GN). At starvation,the energy losses in excretion correlated to body weight in multiple function and the coefficient b ranged from 0.56-0.77. In feeding fish, the relationships between excretion and food consumption were positive linear functions.
