摘要
高速铁路的运营促进了区域之间的联系,列车开行频率对各区域可达性产生了显著影响。一定区域范围内的可达性经常被用于评价区域空间结构的优劣。文章将可达性的概念扩展为分时段可达性,以县级行政建制为基本单元节点,采用加权平均出行时间为指标描述各节点的分时段可达性,结合高速铁路及道路交通网络,定义不同交通方式的出行时间费用。以湖南省为例,通过Arc GIS计算得到省内122个节点在17个时段内的分时段可达性。根据各节点的分时段可达性值,得到湖南省122个节点的最佳出行时段Voronoi图以及最佳出行时段的空间划分,为区域空间结构评价提供了新的方法。
The operation of high- speed railway facilitates the connections between different regions, and the operation frequency would exert significant influence on the accessibility in each region. The accessibility in a certain region is an important index to evaluate the regional spatial structure. In this paper, we extend the concept of accessibility in a day to the concept of accessibilities in different periods. The county administrative system is used as the set of basic unit nodes, the accessibility is described by the concept of weighted average travel time, and the costs of travel time in different modes on the network, which includes the high-speed railway lines and the road network, are also defined. The accessibilities of the 122 nodes in Hunan Province in 17 periods during a day are calculated by ArcGIS. Combined with these values of accessibilities, the Voronoi figure that represents the best travel periods of the 122 nodes is obtained, and then the space division is adopted to illustrate the best travel periods of different regions in Hunan Province. The above analyses provide favorable references for the evaluation of the regional spatial structure.
