摘要
善泥坡水电站2号水轮发电机组自投运以来,推力油槽一直存在严重的漏油和甩油现象,严重的油污染会缩短发电设备的使用寿命,威胁机组安全稳定运行。结合机组A修,全面分析了推力油槽漏油及甩油的原因,并采取了针对性措施,成功处理了该问题。
Since the operation of the No.2 Unit in Shannipo Hydropower Station,serious oil leak and throwing problems are observed in the thrust oil groove.The resulting severe oil pollution could shorten the service life of the power generation equipment and affect the stable and safe operation of the unit.Thus,possible reasons of these problems are analyzed and corresponding treatment measures are proposed.After treatment,the oil leak and throwing problems are successfully resolved.
