摘要
目的通过跟踪评估听障儿童听能康复效果,探讨其听能康复的规律性。方法采用2009年版《听力障碍儿童听觉、语言能力评估标准及方法》中听觉能力评估内容,对10例2~3岁听障儿童以听觉口语法听能训练后的康复效果进行跟踪评估,分析康复年龄、性别及康复时间对康复效果的影响。结果听障儿童康复3个月时,听觉言语识别率平均为23.65%,6个月、9个月时分别为42.60%、41.50%,12个月时平均为72.97%。康复评估持续6个月后,人部分患儿可获得较为理想的听觉康复效果,持续12个月后全部患儿均能达到较好的听觉康复效果。结论康复时间和听觉言语识别率成正比,在康复6~9个月是听能发展的稳定期,康复1年后听障儿童听理解能力增强,是语言发展的重要因素之一。
Objective Through of 10 cases of 2-3 years old children with hearing disability aural to rehabilitation training effect of tracking assessment, the influence of the rehabilitation effect of rehabilitation for age, sex, and recovery time. to discuss the iraplementation of hearing-impaired children to listen to the regularity of rehabilitation. Methods In this study, the auditory competence assessment standard and method 《listening ability evaluation index 》for children with hearing impairment were adopted in 2009, including syllable recognition, initial consonant recognition, vowel recognition, tone recognition and so on. Results The evaluation results show that the more early intervention and rehabilitation of deaf children with hearing aid effect good time. significantly improve the hearing ability. Conclusion The recovery time and the auditory speech recognition rate is proportional to 6-9 months is stable in the rehabilitation period to the development of rehabilitation, 1 years deaf children listening comprehension ability is one of the important factors of the development of language.
