针对工程造价管理中存在的问题,从工程造价前期工作、管理模式及造价控制体系三方面进行了分析,并针对性地提出了做好工程造价管理的对策,以保证施工建设顺利进行,提升企业的经济和社会效益。
According to the problems in the engineering cost management, the paper analyzes from the preparation of the engineering cost, man-agement model, and cost control system, and points out the strategies to improve the engineering cost management, so as to ensure the smoothness of the construction and promote the social and economic benefits.
