摘要
考试制度虽然有弊端,但是仍然是目前运用的最为广泛同时也被认为是相对最为公正公平的人才选拔模式。而它之所以是"相对公平公正"是因为由此出现的作弊现象会降低考试的效力和功能,影响考试的公正性和公平性。从科举考试作弊与反作弊的博弈角度来看考试公平问题,以及如何防止考试作为人才选拔工具功能的异化,具有积极的借鉴意义。本文将选取作弊史上最具有代表性的几种作弊手段以及反作弊措施加以对比研究,国考考试反作弊必须从预防开始,完善立法逐步建立起新的良好的社会文化氛围。真正回归考试选才本质,实现考试的公平公正。
Examination system is widely used and highly respected as a talent selection system,despite its defects.Examination can give people relatively fair because of cheating happened in examination,and affect its fairness and justice.From the contesting between cheat and anti-cheat of the imperial examination point of view,we can have a better understanding of fairness and how we can avoid the function of examination being disordered.We should set up a system of preventive measures,containment measures to solve the problem.We hope we can preserve justice as we wanted one day though those methods.
