摘要
"服务型政府"理念下考试与评价机构职能转变,既受教育理念转变的影响,也受教育业快速发展的推动,目前考试与评价机构自身的功能不足更是内在动力。职能方式从综合转向专业、职能路径从一元转向多元、职能宗旨从管理转向服务,是考试与评价机构职能转变的具体内容。同时在考试与评价机构职能转变中,必须协调好不同的社会价值标准,探索出一条最有益的综合途径。
The transformation of examination and assessment function according to the concept of "service-oriented government" is influenced by both the changes in educational philosophy and the rapid development of education. To be exact, the malfunction of the examination and assessment agencies has become the inherent motivation of the transformation, while the external transformation includes the change from a general one to a specific one,from a unitary one to a multi-elemental one, from an administrative one to a service-oriented one. Meanwhile, in the process of the transformation, the various social values should be standardized so as to solve this problem in a comprehensive and most beneficial way.
