摘要
2011年,小语种单独招生将要废止,小语种专业招生走向并轨。其并轨改革的动因是单独招生存在如下的弊端:招录途径偏多,浪费招生资源;招生的主体和客体范围偏窄,有失公平;单招中的考试科目设置偏少,导向有误。为了能够招收合格的学生,并轨后的小语种招生还可以从以下几方面进行完善:保证公平的阈限,加强自主性综合测试的潜能性测试向度,适当放宽专业选择性。
The present article finds that the reasons for the abolishment of independent recruitment policy of minor language candidates and the unified admission policy for minor language examinees may lie in the following factors: too many channels for recruiting relatively small numbers of candidates, scarcity in scopes of admission subjects and objects, and too few subjects in the independent entrance examinations. On the other hand, to better the reform of unified recruitment policy, the following measures may be taken: to guarantee the examination justice, to enhance the comprehensiveness of the examination, and to grant more choices for majors.
