摘要
高等学校专业性、学术性极强的特点及自身的发展规律要求高等学校具有一定的招生自主权。高等学校自主选拔录取制度的建立,为高等学校争取招生自主权提供了不可多得的机遇,各高等学校能根据自身的办学特色、学科优势自主选拔适合自身发展的优秀学生。我们也不难发现,当前的高等学校自主选拔录取制度下,高等学校招生自主权仍未全面落实,改革步伐仍待继续。
The nature of higher education --- being professional, academic, and disciplinary, requires a degree of autonomy for universities to recruit their candidates in Gaokao. The legislation of independent recruitment policy has grant precious opportunities for universities, who can have more freedom to choose their talents with more majors, subjects and disciplines offered. However, there is still a long way to go before the full implementation of the policy and reform.
