摘要
考试立法并以法制保障教育考试公正,是深化中国高校招生考试改革的一个重要问题。为此,一应深刻认识制度化与教育考试公正的关系;二应尽快完善考试立法以维护考试正义;三应努力改善考试法规状况以确保考试公平;四应构建完善严密的教育考试法制体系以真正实现教育考试公正。
This article advocates the legislation of examination,as to safeguard the justice of education examination and deepen the Gaokao & admission reform. Therefore,the author holds that we should make clear the three following points:firstly,institutionalization plays an importance role in the justice of education examination; secondly,the goal of examination legislation is to protect for justice; and thirdly,for the purpose of realizing justice of examination,the legislation procedure should be expedited.
