摘要
铁路企业实行全员劳动合同制以来,保证了运输生产,维护了企业和职工的合法权益。铁路企业必须以改革的思路和创新的精神,积极地探索多层次、多渠道地实施劳动合同管理的方式,不断改进和加强劳动合同管理,规范劳动合同的签订、履行、变更、解除、终止行为,注重发挥劳动合同维护劳动关系双方合法权益的功能,维护和谐的劳动关系和社会的稳定。
Since the labor contract system has implemented in railway enterprise, it has guaranteed the transportation production and maintained the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise and the workers and staff members. Railway enterprises must actively explore the management of labor contracts at different levels and channels with the spirit of reform and innovation, continuously improve and strengthen the management of labor contracts, standardize the signing, performing, changing, terminating and terminating of labor contracts, give full play to the functions of labor contracts, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both sides of labor relations, and maintain harmonious labor relations and social stability.
