两种西蜂交尾群蜂群增殖和蜂蜜产量比较

摘要 对原群直接提交尾群和互换蜂箱提交尾群的两种蜂群在野藿香蜜源流蜜时群势增殖和蜂蜜产量的效果进行了比较。结果表明原群直接提交尾群对蜂群的增殖变化,成蜂量(P=0.048)及卵虫(P=0.009)增长显著,其余差异不显著。互换蜂箱提交尾群对蜂群的增殖变化,成蜂量增长显著(P=0.018),其余差异不显著。互换蜂箱提交尾群增殖与原群直接提交尾群对蜂群的增殖变化比较,总脾数(P=0.004)、成蜂量(P=0.001)、卵虫(P=0.028)增长差异显著,蛹差异不显著。互换蜂箱提交尾群的蜂蜜产量显著高于原群直接提的交尾群。说明原群直接提交尾群和换箱提交尾群到流蜜时群势均有增长,而换箱提交尾群的方法较好。 To find out potential proliferation of bees group and the effect of honey production two mating group to the flow of wild ageratum nectar source. Take the original group directly submit mating group and exchanging hives submit mating group of two kinds of methods ,to the front of the nectar source flow to comparison the group of potential proliferation before and after, comparing the results of two methods to produce and honey production is compared. Results show that the original group directly submit mating group on proliferation of the swarm, into bee quantity(P=0.048)and egg insect growth significantly (P=0.009),the difference was not significant swap hives submitted group of the proliferation of the swam. change into a bee increased significantly (P=0.018),the difference was not significant Swap hives submitted directly submitted to the original group of mating group of proliferation of proliferation changes of colony, the total number of spleen (P=0.004), into a bee amount (P=-0.001),egg insect growth significantly (P=0.028),pupa difference was not significant. Honey production is interchangeable hives submit mating group of 4 group is significantly higher than the original group of direct mention of mating, illustration: the original group directly submit mating group and in cases of submission to the stream high honey when group of potential growth, and in a case submitted mating group of method is better.
