摘要
运用空间面板计量方法将创新主体分为政府、企业和外资,从地理特征和社会经济特征两方面考察了2002—2011年中国大陆30个省份研发投入的空间溢出效应。研究表明:中国技术创新存在明显的空间相关性;在不考虑空间溢出的情况下,研发投入的直接效应会被高估。政府研发投入对创新产出的直接效应为负,空间溢出效应为正,总效应显著为正;企业研发投入的直接效应和空间溢出效应都显著为正;外资研发投入的直接效应显著为正,空间溢出效应受空间权重矩阵的影响较大,但总效应显著为正。
The RD input space spillover effect in 30 provinces of China during 2002—2011 is evaluated from three aspects of government,enterprise and foreign capital,in terms of the geographical features and socio-economic characteristics. The results show that China's technology innovation has an obvious spatial autocorrelation. Without considering the space spillover,the direct effect of R D investment will be overestimated. The direct effect of government's RD input on innovation output is negative,while spatial spillover effect is positive,thus the overall effect is significantly positive. Direct effect and spatial spillover effect of enterprises' RD input are significantly positive. The direct effect of foreign RD input is significantly positive and spatial spillover effect is greatly influenced by spatial weight matrix,and the overall effect is significantly positive.
