摘要
在深化教育综合改革和大数据时代背景下,上海市闵行区研制出包括4个一级指标、17个二级指标、45个三级指标、110个检测点的学校绩效评价指标体系。在具体的实施过程中,要构建数字化的区域学校绩效评估系统,创新区域中小学办学绩效评估机制,进行教育决策,促进学校改进。同时,还要进一步思考如何优化评价指标体系,提高数据采集、应用的科学性,提升教育管理人员的数据素养,以推动区域教育内涵品质提升和转型发展。
In the context of deepening the comprehensive reform in education and the big data age, Minhang district in Shanghai has developed a set of school performance evaluation index system which consists of 4 primary indicators, 17 secondary indicators, 45 tertiary indicators and 110 test points.In the process of implementation,we should build a digital system for school performance evaluation, innovate the assessment mechanism for making the education decisions and improving the school development. At the same time, we should think about how to optimize the index system, develop the scientificity of data collection and application, and improve the data competence for education administrators for promoting the quality improvement and transformation of education.
