摘要 详细阐述了某机载电子设备小型化与轻量化设计思路与方法,首次对设备内部模块采用镁锂合金材料,并通过振动仿真结合试验验证的方法,使该设备在机载环境情况下满足小型化与轻量化的设计要求。 This article detailedly expatiates the design idea and method of miniaturization and light-weight for a certain airborne electronic equipment, and Mg-Li alloy is used as internal module mate-rial for the first time. By the method combining vibration simulation with test verification, the e-quipment can meet the requirements of miniaturization and lightweight design under the condition of airborne environment.
