上海长江口取水口、排污口和水源地规划研究 被引量:2

摘要 为有序开发长江口,管控沿江取水口和排污口布局,保障水源地安全,根据长江口水环境容量、水功能区划分,参照长江口水质模型计算结果,将长江口水域划分为取水口分区和排污口分区,提出了取水口、排污口规划布局和调整方案。并进一步提出了上海市水源地规划布局以及长江口水源地战略设想。研究表明,合理布设取水口、排污口,减少陆域入江污染负荷,对于保护长江口水环境具有重要作用;长期坚持"两江并举、多源互补"是上海市长期坚持的水源地战略,进一步完善长江口水源地格局、谋划战略水源地,对于上海乃至长江经济带的可持续发展具有十分重要的支撑作用。 In order to develop the Yangtze River Estuary in an orderly way, control the layout of water intake and sewage outlet along the Yangtze River and ensure the safety of the water source, according to the Yangtze River Estuary water environment bearing capacity, water function zones and water quality model analysis results, the Yangtze River Estuary waters is divided into water intake area and sewage outlet area and the plan and adjustment scheme of the water intake and sewage outlet are put forward. The layout and the strategic plan of the water source area in the Yangtze River Estuary are proposed. The study shows that it is important to protect the water environment of Yangtze River estuary by rationally arranging water intake and sewage outlet and reducing the pollutant load of land into the Yangtze River. Adherence to the principle of "two rivers complement each other" is a long-term strategy of water sources in Shanghai. Improving the Yangtze River estuary water source plan is very important to the sustainable development of Shanghai and Yangtze River Economic Belt.
