摘要
目的调查在儿科学教学中采用病案教学法的应用效果。方法对我校2012级五年制的106名学生的营养障碍性疾病的教学中,分别采用传统的授课模式和穿插病案讨论的教学方法,教学结束后进行问卷调查分析。结果儿科教学中引入病案教学法得到多数学生的认可,93.40%(99/106)的学生认为病案教学法更利于理论联系临床实际,80.20%(85/106)的学生对该教学方法感兴趣,86.80%(92/106)的学生认为病案教学法提高了对儿科的学习兴趣。结论在儿科教学中,应用病例教学法有利于理论与临床实践的结合,密切了与临床的关系,提高了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,在儿科临床教学中引入案例教学法有效可行。
Objective To observe the application effect of case teaching method in the teaching of pediatrics. Methods In the teaching diseases of nutritional disorders for 106 cases of five-year medicine students from 2012 medical students in our university, the traditional teaching mode and the case teaching method were used respectively. Questionnaire survey was done after the end of teaching. Results Case teaching method used in Pediatric teaching was gotten recognized by the majority of students, 93.40%(99/106) of the students believe that the case teaching method is more conducive to the theory with practice, 80. 20% (85/106) of the students was interested in the teaching method, 86. 80%(92/106) of the students believe that the case teaching method increased the interest in pediatrics study. Conclusion In pediatric teaching, the application of case teaching method is useful for the combination of theory and clinical practice, close the relationship with the clinical, improve the students' interest and enthusiasm in the pediatrics study. Case teaching method used in pediatric clinical teaching is feasible.
