摘要
本文介绍了医院内常用影像设备和医疗信息系统的应用现状,对影像设备图像接入医疗信息系统的几种主要模式进行讨论,分析了不同接口方法的优缺点,并提出在统一标准的基础上,将各个分立的系统进行有效整合,把相关数据纳入全院影像信息系统中,满足临床电子病历等临床信息系统对于快速调用医技检查结果和相关图像的需求。
This paper introduces the current situation of medical imaging equipments and medical information systems commonly used in hospitals. Main modes of interface between imaging equipment and medical information systems are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of different interface methods are analyzed. Based on unified standards, independent systems are integrated efficiently and relevant data are collected in imaging information systems so that medical examination results and related image can be consulted in time in clinical information systems.
