摘要
目的了解农村地区高血压患者的生命质量情况,探讨影响高血压患者生命质量的因素,为当地农村高血压患者的健康管理提供依据。方法调查2125名高血压患者的一般特征、生活方式,应用欧洲生存质量测定量表EQ-5D评价其生命质量。采用描述性检验、方差分析以及多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果 EQ-5D总评分(0.839±0.217),EQ-VAS评分(70.06±19.04),多因素分析显示,月平均收入、婚姻状况、家族史、高血压病史、睡眠、精神紧张为EQ-5D的影响因素,月平均收入、高血压病史、精神紧张、运动为EQ-VAS的影响因素。结论加强宣传教育和健康干预,提高患者的生命质量。
Objective： Objective To evaluate the life quality among the rural residents with hypertension and to explore the influencing factors in order to provide evidences for management measures. Methods A total of 2125 residents with hypertension was selected. And questionnaire included basic demographic,habits and customs and EQ-5D scale. Descriptive statistics,One-way ANOVE and multiple linear regression were utilized to analyse the risk factors. Results 0. 839 ± 0. 217（EQ-5D）,70. 06 ± 19. 04（EQ-VAS）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that income level,marriage,the family history,illness history,sleep,psychentonia were risk factors of EQ-5D,and income level,illness history,psychentonia and physical exercise were risk factors of EQ-VAS. Conclusion Enhance public education and health intervention programs for improving the quality of life.
