摘要
在移动互联网快速发展的环境下,微信公众平台在高校中也得到了广泛应用,高校微信公众平台的传播效果和用户满意度成为学术界广泛关注的问题。以东北林业大学官方微信平台为研究对象,通过问卷对该校学生对该微信平台的满意水平进行调查。根据问卷调查结果首先对调查问卷的信度进行检验,然后通过因子分析法提取了影响学生对高校官方微信平台满意度的三个主要因子:内容呈现因子、服务方式因子和微信平台自身因子,并且计算出了各因子的得分和总体满意度得分。最后,针对学生满意度的因子分析结果提出了合理的改进建议。
In the context of the rapid development of mobile Internet, WeChat public platform has also been widely used in colleges and universities, the utilization effect of WeChat public platform and user satisfaction has become a widespread concern. This study takes the official WeChat platform of Northeast Forestry University as the research object, through the questionnaires to investigate the students' satisfaction level to the Wechat platform. According to the results of the questionnaires, the reliability of the questionnaires was tested, and then the three main factors affecting the satisfaction of the official WeChat platform were extracted by factor analysis: content presentation factor, service factor and WeChat platform factor, and the scores of each factor and the overall satisfaction score were calculated. Finally, the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the students' satisfaction by factor analysis.
