摘要
随着ERAS概念的提出和临床实践不断探索,越来越多的外科亚专科接受这一理念,越来越多的手术患者因此受益。麻醉学的发展日新月异,为外科学的进步提供了强大支持和保障,但国内随着重症医学和疼痛学分别从麻醉学中独立出来,麻醉学的发展面临着新的挑战。2016年新一届麻醉学会主任委员熊利泽教授提出了从麻醉学到围术期医学的学科发展方向,引起国内外学者的热议,因此,需要麻醉在ERAS中充分发挥作用。
As the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery（ERAS）has been presented and constant exploration in clinical practice,it has been accepted by more and more surgeons from different subjects of surgery,at the same time,bringing more benefits to patients than ever.Although the development of anesthesiology is so fast and it provided strong supports and guarantee for the progress of surgery,the development is also facing a new challenge for the independence of intensive care medicine and pain medicine.In 2016,professor Xiong Lize,the leader of the new session of anesthesiology society,presented the direction of development was from anesthesia to perioperative medicine,which was becoming focus at home and abroad.Therefore,anesthesiology disciplines need to play a full role in ERAS.
