对糖尿病患者进行全程健康教育的效果研究

摘要 目的 :探讨对糖尿病患者进行全程健康教育的临床效果。方法 :将2015年2月至2016年2月期间四川省自贡市富顺县晨光医院收治的198例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将这198例患者随机分为参照组(99例)和全程教育组(99例)。对参照组患者进行常规护理。在此基础上,对全程教育组患者进行全程健康教育。比较两组患者对护理的满意度、进行糖尿病知识测试成绩的优良率及护理前后其血糖的水平。结果 :1)护理前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖的水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,全程教育组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖的水平均低于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)全程教育组患者对护理的满意率和进行糖尿病知识测试成绩的优良率均高于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对糖尿病患者进行全程健康教育的临床效果显著。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole-course health education in diabetic patients. Methods: Select 198 cases of diabetes from February 2015 to February 2016 of Cbengnang Hospital of Fushun county for research object. Randomly divided these cases into control group(99 cases) and whole-course group (99 eases).Base on routine nursing, we teach health knowledge in whole course of treatment for whole-course group. Compare satisfaction to nursing, excellent and good rate of diabetic knowledge test, blood glucose level before and after nursing of two groups. Results: t.Before nursing, fasting glucose level and 2h-postprandial glucose levels of two groups has no significant difference(P 〉0.05).After nursing, fasting glucose level and 2h-postprandial glucose levels of whole-course group is lower than control greup(P 〈0.05).2.Satisfcation to nursing of whale-course group is higher than control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion: The whole course of health education for diabetic patients is significantly effective.
