摘要
针对湄洲湾航道三期林齿礁炸礁工程中钻孔深度大、安全要求高、工程量大、工期紧等问题,通过对现场地质条件、孔网参数、微差时间、单段用药量、地震波强度等方面的分析研究,采用孔内和孔间相结合的毫秒微差爆破技术,有效地解决施工中遇到的问题,保证周边码头、油轮船舶和海底输油管道等的安全,加快施工进度,圆满完成施工任务。
Aiming at the problems such as high drilling depth, high safety requirements, large amount of engineering, tight schedule for Linehijiao Reef project of Meizhouwan Channel Phase Ⅲ, this paper analyses field geological conditions, pore network parameters, differential time, explosive consumption of single-stage, seismic wave intensity etc. The millisecond blasting technique, which combines inside the hole with outside the hole, can effectively solve the problems in the construction, to ensure the safety of the surrounding wharf, tanker ships and submarine pipelines.The construction progress is accelerated, and the construction tasks are completed successfully.
