摘要
变速器是汽车传动系最主要的部件之一,使汽车实现了减速增扭,倒车,切断动力传递等功能。基于传统变速器运转时存在的噪声大和体积笨重等缺点,在原有设计的理论的基础上,运用CATIA对整个设计过程进行参数化建模,并模拟装配。使变速器内部结构得到优化,各零部件的相对位置和尺寸配合更加合理精确。大大降低了传统变速器运转时的噪声,提高了变速器的内部空间利用率,进而提高了轿车的舒适性。
Transmission is one of the main components of automobile transmission system. It enables the car to slow down, increase torque, reverse and cut off power transfer, etc. The traditional transmission has some disadvantages, such as large noise in operation and bulky volume. On the basis of the theory of the original design, the whole design process is parameterized and modeled by CATIA, and assembly is simulated. The internal structure of the transmission is optimized, and the relative position and size matching of parts is more reasonable and accurate. The noise of traditional transmission operation is greatly reduced, the internal space utilization of the transmission and riding comfort of the car are improved.
