摘要
2017年5月12日爆发的Wanna Cry勒索病毒事件引发政府、社会和个人对计算机病毒的关注,暴露出网络环境下电子文件安全管理方面的种种问题。虽然病毒已经得到遏制,但由此带来的反思引人关注,网络环境下的电子文件管理必然受到计算机与网络信息安全的影响。结合勒索病毒事件源起,在分析网络环境下电子文件所存在的技术与管理安全隐患基础上,希望提出保障电子文件信息安全对策的有关思考。
On May 12, 2017, the outbreak of WannaCry virus led to the government＇s, social, and personal attention to computer virus.And it exposed various problems of document security management in the network environment .Although the virus has been contained, but the reflection on this event gave rise to us.Under the network environment ,the electronic record management inevitably affected by the computer and the network information security.Therefore, according to the source of this WannaCry virus event, I put forward countermeasures to protect the safety of the electronic record information.It is based on the hidden danger analysis about the technical and management of the electronic records under the network environment.
